Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment with no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may include a small service fee to cover technician dispatch costs.
- For complex repairs or major appliance services, rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to adjust our technician scheduling and parts logistics.

Liability & Damage Policy
- For all repair services, a thorough inspection and detailed quote will be provided in advance to ensure clarity before work begins.
- Expert Cooling Zone is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage, faulty installations by others, or unauthorized repairs attempted before our visit.
- Customers must check completed work and test the appliance before our technician leaves the site.
- Any service claim must be reported within 24 hours of job completion for review and resolution.
